We’re excited to announce our new workshop “Caking with a Twist” Join us Saturday, May 18 at Alamo Beer Company where you'll be immersed into the fantastical world of cake artistry as Chef Felicia guides you on a sweet escape through the basics of buttercream. In this 3 hour workshop, learn how to stack, fill and crumbcoat the cake along with basic piping techniques, proper bag position and pressure control. Your reservation comes with one drink coupon for you to enjoy an Alamo Beer during the workshop, must be 21 and older.
